– the system middleware that captures the read event at each Track Point, communicates with the database and generates “transactions” to record updated location information for tagged items on the Smarttrack Database or the Collections Management System (CMS) or other third party systems. Also generates alerts, filters out stray reads and multiple reads and handles multiple readers.

Smarttrack Mobile Software
Smarttrack Mobile – for use with the CS101 handheld reader. Provides the full functionality required on the handheld reader to enable it to be used either off-line or on-line. Functions include adding objects, updating locations, inventory, searching for single or multiple items. This software communicates with the Smarttrack database

arttrack Mobile is an Asset Tracking Solution used to control, manage and locate assets via a handheld reader.
The system utilises Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID technology with the use of globally recognised EPC Gen2 compliant handheld readers and tags.
The Smarttrack Mobile Application can be integrated to any Asset Tracking application or any database driven software application via wireless LAN or Active Sync.

Smarttrack Enterprise
Smarttrack Enterprise – stand alone web based management and reporting interface to the Smarttrack SQL Database. All interfaces and peripherals are linked to the Smarttrack Database via LAN or WLAN networking. Items, locations and employee data is all stored and synchronised.

arttrack Enterprise is a stand-alone Item Tracking backend system with a web front end. Designed using Microsoft.Net and SQL technology, it is the backbone of the system. All interfaces and peripherals are linked to the Sm
arttrack Database via LAN or WLAN networking. Items, Employee, Maintenance and Compliance data is all stored and synchronised.
Features:
- Item Cataloguing - Create Items on the system; enter the Tag Identifier, a detailed description, search terms, photo, Item type, Item group & subgroup(s), location and assign security access levels.
- Administration – Create users and security levels, Item types, groups and subgroups, locations and sub locations, alerts, reports and system settings.
- Item Search - Search for an Item on the system, view the status and location and any maintenance tasks scheduled.
- Detailed Reporting – The OnRamp system allows for detailed reports on the use, location, movement and maintenance of Items as well as system audit reports.
- Web Management Console – All other functionality can be accessed via an Internet Browser on any PC connected to the LAN.

Smarttrack Software Integration
The Smarttrack software can operate as a stand-alone location tracking program, or can be integrated into most collection management systems operating today. Smarttrack staff will work with your CMS provider to develop a fully integrated and easy-to-use solution. We are currently working with Vernon Systems (providers of the Vernon CMS software) and KE Software (providers of the KE Emu CMS software) to integrate with their systems and plan to integrate with others in the near future.
